I received my Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2014. My clinical values are deeply rooted in the ethos of social work, which is that to understand any person, you must understand the context of their life. This includes your family of origin, socioeconomic status, any discrimination you face, and your religious or spiritual belief system. All of these parts of your life will be essential to bring into the therapy space to understand best what ails you and where we might find remedies within you and your community.
As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe that mental well-being is foundational to living a fulfilling and connected life. Taking the step to begin therapy can be challenging, and I commend you for making that choice. Over the course of my career in college and community mental health, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate substance use, addiction, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with motivation. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgment-free environment where growth and healing can take root.
I have been a mental health clinician for over 20 years and have worked with many people to help them be their preferred self. I am licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with years of experience working with a variety of clients, including both children and adults. I have experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, functional neurological disorder, dissociative identity disorder, bipolar disorder, psychosis, personality disorders, trauma, and more.
I’m an internationally trained Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 16 years of experience helping adolescents and adults manage and overcome struggles, achieve inner peace, and improve their quality of life. It’s important to me to continue learning – from experts, their research, my colleagues, and what I see in my practice. I do this to tailor my approach based on your needs and which methods are most helpful to you.
I’m an LCSW currently licensed in CT, MA, NH, and ME. I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s practical and empowering. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, life transitions or grief, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where growth and change feel possible. My role is not to “fix” but to walk with you to gain insight, develop tools and move towards the version of you that feels most authentic.
As a board certified psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 10 years, I work with a plethora of inter-generational clients aged 21-90 who are struggling with anxiety and depression and trauma.
As a chaplain, I take a psycho-spiritual approach and work with clients assisting with intercultural issues, blended family dynamics, religiosity challenges and grief & loss.

Each day, you support vulnerable people at their worst, but now something within you feels broken—crushed by chronic stress, relentless demands, and hostile systems that undermine your efforts—and help seems out of reach. You might feel consumed by worry, unable to disconnect, and never fully present at home. Or, your own body might be rebelling against you, with chronic pain that worsens each day. You may be facing an impossible choice: between your work and everything else. With over a decade of experience in state-funded human services, I’ve been there, too. I specialize in helping professionals like you navigate these struggles.
I offer practical, trauma-sensitive, confidential therapy to professionals who help others (e.g., public defenders, healthcare workers, and therapists). Together, we’ll sort through the chaos, clarify your priorities, and use concrete strategies to repair what matters most, so you can live out your own vision of a full, meaningful life.
I am compassionate and eager to help my clients understand and overcome their struggles.
