Hi, I’m Dana — a clinical social worker and certified life coach who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work at San Diego State University, where I focused on Psychiatric Social Work. Over the years, I’ve served as a Clinical Program Director in both board-and-care and case management programs, supporting individuals as they move through trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief and loss, and major life transitions toward greater independence and peace.
Clients often describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and nonjudgmental. My approach is flexible and collaborative . I believe therapy works best when we make decisions together. I draw from a range of evidence-based methods, including DBT, EMDR, the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, and ADHD/Neurodivergent Coaching, to create a plan that fits each person’s unique needs.
At the heart of my work is a strength-based and solution-focused philosophy: I help clients uncover their resilience, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a life of clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I'm a licensed Psychologist dedicated to providing trauma-informed, inclusive, and compassionate care to survivors of trauma, the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent adults, and anyone struggling with anxiety, stress or relationships. I am passionate about helping people navigate not only trauma and anxiety, but all aspects of themselves, their intersecting identities, and their lives.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor (CATC-IV) with over 16 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment. I was certified in 2012 for addiction treatment and licensed in 2022 for mental health. I work with adults navigating substance use and recovery, co-occurring anxiety and depression, and life transitions that impact emotional well-being.
I have particular experience supporting men and members of the LGBTQIA+ community in building sustainable recovery, strengthening emotional resilience, and improving relationship health. My work is grounded in a deep respect for the recovery process and the courage it takes to pursue change. I understand that growth is rarely linear, and I approach each client with patience, steadiness, and practical support.
I provide structured, virtual outpatient therapy for adults managing mild to moderate symptoms who are seeking stability, accountability, and meaningful forward movement. At the heart of my work is a commitment to clarity and care to help clients better understand themselves while feeling respected, supported, and empowered throughout the process.
I am here to support your healing process so you can live in alignment with what matters to you most. Whether you're adjusting to loss or change in your life, or healing from trauma, together we can create new habits and ways of thinking that promote your overall wellbeing. I have over 10 years of experience in working with clients in various capacities and have seen the power we all have to heal.
Hello, my name is Monica Cooley and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have a diverse background of client populations including children, adolescence, adults, couples, and families facing issues of trauma, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. It is common for clients to initiate therapy reporting challenges with self-esteem, motivation, seeking life purpose and relationships.
Hello! I’m a holistic and integrative Stanford-trained psychiatrist accepting clients for weekly therapy using brainspotting.
Brainspotting actually happens naturally in all great therapy!
Brainspotting is a therapy that doesn’t rely on talking the whole time—instead, it helps access deeper parts of the brain tied to emotion, memory, and instinct. By holding attention on certain spots in your visual field, we can open up access to unresolved feelings or experiences that might not come up through words alone.
Once we get to know one another, we help you enter a light altered state using eye positioning and music and using neuroscience principles and a background in psychedelic therapy, we allow your brain and body to guide you towards resolution. I am Level 1 certified and look forward to working with you!
My name is Priscilla Gonzalez and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I have been a therapist for about 10 years and love what I do. My specialty is working with children, adolescents and young adults. I have experience treating behavioral issues, anxiety, trauma and depression.
Finding and embracing your authentic self is a journey that can be challenging. Figuring out how to cope in a healthy way with what the world throws at us can be difficult. I'm interested in working with you to figure out how you want your life and experiences to be, and how to start making your way there. I've been practicing for over 5 years, working mainly with LGBTQ+ young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, gender, and interpersonal communication issues.
I have over 20 years of experience helping clients explore and navigate challenges related to relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. My approach is client-centered, meaning therapy is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Attachment Theory, with particular attention to how early life experiences shape our relationships with ourselves and others.
Living with anxiety, depression, or trauma can create deep feelings of isolation and hopelessness. Relationship struggles and low self-esteem often fuel fear, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. Breaking cycles of overthinking, managing intense emotions, and facing uncomfortable people or situations can feel exhausting. When emotions feel unstable and life feels heavy, recognizing the need for change is an important first step. While change can be intimidating, having a supportive therapist can make the process feel more manageable and less isolating.
I genuinely care about my clients and strive to meet them with empathy, compassion, and respect. I have helped many individuals navigate difficult life circumstances by increasing self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and reflecting on personal experiences. Together, we work to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck or distressed.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. Feeling safe and supported is essential for healing and growth. I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can speak openly and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
